Item is part of a wholesale lot that I purchased from Amazon, designated as new, open box.
Item has been previously shipped and handled, and has a gauge as depicted in the images.  This can be easily fixed when installed and is why it is being offered well under market value for the item.  Hardware is complete, item is otherwise in perfect condition though outer box is a bit beat up.
Color is called Blossom Gray which is really more of a tan/gray.
