Vintage Ginny Pam Alexanderkins Ginger Muffie Raincoat Red and White Polka Dot

Vintage Ginny doll size raincoat will also fit Ginger, Pam, Alexanderkins, Muffie dolls. Not sure if this is a Vogue item or not.  There is a small split in the plastic right near the seam, I took an extra pic of this, so please see pictures for condition.
