Vintage Vogue Ginny First Communion doll with prayer book

Description

I do not believe this First Communion doll has ever been undressed. The sash at the back of the dress looks factory tied. The doll is lovely, with nice coloring and a good wig with a few fly-aways that can be tamed. Her outfit includes the dress, slip and panties. The lace on the slip and panties match and the elastic is good. There is light browning to the lace on the dress and the veil. The veil still has the flowers attached. She is still carrying her prayer book. She is wearing good white socks and white Ginny doll marked Ginny heeled shoes. This straight leg, molded lash walker has a smooth walker still. Her eyes need help to open and clothes. The Vogue Inc. tag is up in the bodice. I can see it looking under the dress. I am pretty sure this doll was from 1956.  Happy to answer any questions.
