This sweet girl needs some TLC.
She has messy hair.
Her pretty blue eyes are stuck open.
Arms are a bit loose.
A small crack exists on the top of her left leg and some flea bite chips on the rim holding her right leg.
A former owner has applied red nail polish on her finger and toe nails and even on the bottom of her right foot.
