Vogue Tag Long Blue Ginny Dress w-Sheer Over-Dress +Bloomers & Hat (No Doll)

o  This vintage long Ginny dress has a "Vogue Dolls, Inc." tag.  (This makes me think of a what a Southern Bell would wear!)  The blue long dress has a sheer over-dress with long sleeves with elastic at the cuffs.  The sheer over-dress has a sun-like pattern all over it and it is trimmed with white lace.   There is a wide pink ribbon sash that makes an attractive bow in the back.
I found no holes or tears.
o  The vintage blue bloomers are not original to this outfit, but do go with it well.  The bloomers have lace edging.  I carefully replaced all the elastic in the bloomers.
o  The white hat is newer and I added the pink ribbon ties.
